Cynthia Rapaido

Dr. Cynthia Rapaido holds an Ed.D. in International and Multicultural Ed., and a M.A. in Educational Administration. With 30+ years of experience in K–12 education, she served as a principal, assistant principal, and teacher.
Her dedication extends to higher education, where she has contributed as a lecturer, dissertation advisor, and field supervisor at esteemed institutions such as University of California Berkeley, University of San Francisco, and California State University East Bay. Her passion for teaching educators is evident in her continuing role as an educational leadership coach and mentor.
She was honored by the Filipina Women’s Network in 2011 as one of 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the U.S. In 2013, she was commended by the Assn of California School Administrators and received the "California Secondary Co-Administrator of the Year" award. In 2014, the National Association of Secondary School Principals recognized her as a finalist for the prestigious "Assistant Principal of the Year" award for the State of California.
